The Bartholomew County Substance Abuse Council is excited to welcome Dr. Matt Bellace as the keynote speaker for the 2019 Desperate Households Conference. Dr. Bellace is a psychologist, comedian, and the author of the book “A Better High” and has been traveling the country since 1995 encouraging adults and youth to purse natural highs and to be resilient in the face of stress.
